The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators has developed a Template for the consultation on the reference price methodology. The main purpose of the template is to support the communication between the Agency and the National Regulatory Authorities in the context of the opinion the Agency is required to deliver on the reference price methodologies.
The draft template, published under the Open House on the Agency Template for the consultation on the reference price methodology, may undergo amendments before its final publication, foreseen for 5 July 2017.
The debate on the Template will take place on 23 May 2017, via Webex, from 15:00 to 16:30 CET. Questions before the event and on the spot are equally welcome.
Written comments on the Template will be accepted by the Agency by 13 June 2017 at OpenHousegastariff(at)acer.europa.eu.
